How it Works

The competition starts at 4:00 p.m. Friday January 22nd at The Two Twenty, 220 20th St W, Saskatoon. Playwrights are encouraged to bring their own laptops. We will have some laptops available for those who do not have a laptop, but would still like to participate.

All submissions must be handed in to a representative of SPC no later than 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 23rd. Saturday evening, a panel of expert judges will read all the submissions and choose 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Awards Ceremony

On Sunday, January 24th from 5:00 to 7:00 there will be an Awards Ceremony and Celebration at Village Guitar and Amp, 432 20th St W, Saskatoon. There will be short readings from the winning entries, finger food, a cash bar, and entertainment. Admission will be by donation and it is guaranteed to be a lot of fun.
