Alan is an actor and playwright based in Saskatoon. His stage plays include The Adventures Of ... ah who cares?, The Professor ..., and The Secret City, among others. His play The Professor ... was presented by The Newman Players at STM College in Saskatoon, in 2000, and his play The Secret City was presented at the Off Broadway Arts Center in Saskatoon, in 2005. He was also involved with (as co-writer and actor) two Fringe Festival productions in Saskatoon and Winnipeg.

Additional Notes:
An older draft of this play won 2nd place in a competition held by the Saskatchewan Playwrights Centre, in the year 2000, and was produced at St. Thomas Moore College, by The Newman Players, for a successful four-night run, on November 1st to 4th, 2000.

The Secret City

Synopsis:
It takes place in Austrailia, and its characters are animals! OFF BROADWAY CHILDRENS LUNCHTIME THEATER took a chance on this play in 2005. Very small children sat silently through this play and enjoyed it as their parents got annoyed at the absurd amount of preachy morals. Kids learn to be nice to each-other, while adults get annoyed. It's for the kids.
